2. Online Rituals

Online rituals are performed remotely on behalf of the customer or designated recipient.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, customers are not required to attend online or in person.

Depending on the type of ritual, photographs of the ritual altar or mandala may be provided after completion as confirmation that the ceremony has been performed.

For longer or multi-day rituals, additional progress photographs may also be provided where applicable.

3. Personalized Information

Certain rituals, astrology reports, and physical products may require information such as:

Birth time
Birthplace
Personal intentions
Photographs
Shipping information
Other information relevant to the requested service

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.

The Way To Dharani is not responsible for errors or differences in a personalized service or report resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Prices displayed on our international storefront are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Where a PayPal installment option is available, the applicable payment schedule and service fee will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or during the payment process.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion, international transaction, processing, or other fees. These charges are outside the control of The Way To Dharani.

5. Availability and Scheduling

Ritual dates and schedules vary depending on the specific practice.

Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected schedule or performance date.

Some rituals may be performed only on particular days according to the religious tradition, ritual calendar, or practitioner's schedule.

6. Shipping

For eligible physical products, The Way To Dharani currently offers free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Refunds, returns, and replacements are handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

In summary:

Online rituals may be fully refunded before they begin.

For multi-day rituals already in progress, the remaining unperformed portion may be refunded proportionally.

Physical items damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement.

Other refund requests for personalized physical products are subject to a 30% non-refundable portion, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Customized digital astrology reports are non-refundable.

8. Spiritual Services and Results

Our rituals, blessings, astrology services, spiritual materials, and related offerings are provided for religious practice, spiritual support, personal reflection, and cultural or educational purposes.

The Way To Dharani approaches these practices sincerely according to our traditions and training.

However, individual circumstances and experiences vary, and we do not guarantee any specific financial, romantic, professional, medical, legal, or other material outcome.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice.

9. Blessings for Other People

A ritual or blessing may be dedicated to a family member, partner, friend, or another person where appropriate.

However, spiritual practice should respect personal beliefs, privacy, and individual boundaries.

Whenever possible, we encourage customers to explain the blessing to the person and receive their consent before submitting personal information or requesting a personalized ritual on their behalf.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original written content, images, ritual materials, astrology reports, practice guides, educational materials, graphics, and other original content created by The Way To Dharani are protected intellectual property.

They may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, republished, or used commercially without prior permission.

Materials personally provided to you may be used for your own private spiritual or personal purposes.
