Refund & Exchange Policy
Our offerings fall into three categories:
Online Rituals
A full refund is available before the ritual begins. For multi-day rituals, you may also request a refund before completion; any remaining, unperformed days will be refunded proportionally. For example, if 5 days of a 7-day ritual have been completed, the remaining 2 days will be refunded.
Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a full replacement. As each item is prepared through a personalized ritual process, refund requests are subject to a 30% non-refundable fee. Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility.
Digital Astrology Reports
Because each astrology report is personally prepared and customized for you, digital reports are currently non-refundable.
Does It Still Work If I’m Not Buddhist?
Yes. From the perspective of Vajrayana Buddhism, receiving blessings does not depend on whether you are Buddhist. What matters most is the kindness and positive intentions you cultivate in daily life—helping others, staying cheerful, and maintaining a calm and peaceful mind.
These positive intentions, sometimes described as positive energy, are an important foundation for wishes to come to fruition. Through the power of mantra and ritual practice, these positive causes are strengthened and guided toward meaningful results.
Our practitioners also dedicate merit to you through regular charitable giving, prayers, and spiritual practice, offering continued blessings and protection in your daily life.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, with all standard shipping costs fully covered by us. Please note that any applicable import duties, customs fees, or VAT will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders usually arrive within 14 days. Delivery to Canada may take longer, usually around 40 days. To make up for the longer wait, Canadian orders will include an additional blessed crystal prayer bead bracelet as a complimentary gift.
Can I Send a Blessing to a Family Member, Partner, or Friend?
Yes. From our perspective, this is completely fine. Japan has long been home to many spiritual and religious traditions, including Shinto, folk beliefs, Buddhism, Taoist influences, and Christianity, so receiving blessings across different traditions is not unusual.
However, that does not necessarily mean the other person will feel comfortable with it. We believe the most respectful and ethical approach is to explain it to them and receive their consent beforehand.
How Do I Know the Ritual Was Actually Performed?
Depending on the type of ritual, once it is completed, we will send you a photo of the ritual mandala as confirmation that the ceremony was properly and fully performed.
