Refund & Exchange Policy
Our offerings fall into three categories:
Online Rituals
A full refund is available before the ritual begins. For multi-day rituals, you may also request a refund before completion; any remaining, unperformed days will be refunded proportionally. For example, if 5 days of a 7-day ritual have been completed, the remaining 2 days will be refunded.
Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a full replacement. As each item is prepared through a personalized ritual process, refund requests are subject to a 30% non-refundable fee. Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility.
Digital Astrology Reports
Because each astrology report is personally prepared and customized for you, digital reports are currently non-refundable.
Does It Still Work If I’m Not Buddhist?
From the perspective of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism, you do not need to be Buddhist to receive blessings. What matters more is the kindness, wholesome intentions, and good actions you cultivate in daily life.
Through mantra and ritual practice, these positive causes may be blessed and strengthened, though individual results may vary.
The story of Ra Lotsawa expresses this well: despite his powerful practice, he remained poor. A wealth deity explained that without enough past generosity and merit, there were not enough causes for wealth to ripen.
Practice is a supporting condition; the true foundation is the causes we create ourselves.
Instead of asking, “What can I receive?” ask, “What can I do for others?” By sincerely helping others, we also cultivate merit, positive energy, and greater abundance within ourselves.
Shipping & Delivery
Our reports and blessing rituals are, of course, entirely unrelated to shipping or logistics. However, when it comes to any physical products that require delivery, the following shipping policy applies:
We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, with all standard shipping costs fully covered by us. Please note that any applicable import duties, customs fees, or VAT are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders typically arrive within 14 days. Deliveries to Canada may take longer, usually around 40 days. To make up for the extended delivery time, all Canadian orders will include an additional blessed crystal prayer bead bracelet as a complimentary gift.
Can I Send a Blessing to a Family Member, Partner, or Friend?
Yes. From our perspective, this is completely fine. Japan has long been home to many spiritual and religious traditions, including Shinto, folk beliefs, Buddhism, Taoist influences, and Christianity, so receiving blessings across different traditions is not unusual.
However, that does not necessarily mean the other person will feel comfortable with it. We believe the most respectful and ethical approach is to explain it to them and receive their consent beforehand.
How Do I Know the Ritual Was Actually Performed?
Depending on the type of ritual, once it is completed, we will send you a photo of the ritual mandala as confirmation that the ceremony was properly and fully performed.
